Very much enjoyed NEAT’s local coffeeshop vibes as a refreshing change to the hegemonic coffee roasters of the world. Even if the drip coffee goes for 4 bucks it was definitely worth the quality. The nice courtyard area is a great spot to sit with the weather warming up and can’t beat being next door to a fine bakery as well.
The best coffee shop in southern CT. Really your only option for properly curated and prepared espresso and tea between New Haven and NYC. If you have gotten used to proper third wave coffee in NYC, within Fairfield County, don’t waste your time anywhere else.
Holy smokes this place is goated. No seriously though best cafe latte in Connecticut without a doubt. Everything else around is legit undrinkable.
In terms of quality of coffee, this is about the best coffee I’ve had in Connecticut. The milk was well textured too. Nice balanced roast, not too roasty or acidic and worked well in the flat white. Plenty to space inside to sit down and chat or do some emails on a laptop and I enjoyed sitting outside in the warmth. Look forward to my next visit!
Very good coffee! Compared to other coffee shops in Darien and nearby towns, this is among the best. I love the variety of drink options and pastries offered. The cafe is very clean, modern, yet comforting, and there is great outdoor seating available. Highly recommend for working or catching up with friends! UPDATE: I ordered the cheese monkey bread and apple fritter. Both were delicious

Stumbled upon this while taking a break from I-95 traffic - one of the best coffees I've ever had. They also had yummy cookies, and staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable about coffee. Very nice outside patio area too
Neat indeed with good espresso caffe and groovy music. The place is full of light with white brick walls and a little square refreshed by a fountain. The espresso is nice and strong. The service is relaxed and friendly. A good place for a lottle chat or a book reading.
